Terms

These terms apply from the day paid checkout opens in AMZIO. Until then AMZIO is free to use and no paid contract is formed.

The software

AMZIO is provided by the publisher named in the Impressum. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. You are responsible for using it in line with Amazon’s and your marketplace’s terms. Collected numbers are samples, not sales or defect rates.

Plans

  • Free: 10 saved products · 30 reviews per product, no payment.
  • Pro monthly / yearly: billed in advance by Stripe and renewing until cancelled. Cancel any time in AMZIO → Settings → Plan → Manage subscription; access runs to the end of the paid period.
  • Pro lifetime: one payment for the Pro limits of AMZIO for as long as the product is offered. Assistant features always use your own key.
  • Earlier buyers keep the price they paid.

Refunds and withdrawal

Consumers in the EU may have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content; where it applies we honour it. Otherwise contact support@seller.supplies within 14 days of a first payment and we will refund it.

Gifts

We may occasionally gift Premium time. Gifted time for subscribers moves the next charge back by the same number of days; it is never charged.

Liability

AMZIO is provided as is. Statutory liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
