Sign in to Amazon in this browser and open the product’s reviews page once. AMZIO pauses between pages and keeps the pages it already has; press Analyze again to resume.

I updated the ZIP but nothing changed.

Unpack the new ZIP into the same folder, then press Reload on the Extensions page. A different folder creates a separate extension with empty data.

My Pro plan is not shown.

Settings → Plan → Check my plan. If you paid in another browser, sign in with the same email under Account.

How do I cancel?

Settings → Plan → Manage subscription opens Stripe’s page to cancel, change the card or download invoices.
